DR. rar. nat. Budiawan
Budiawan is a lecturer in the Department
of Chemistry, Indonesia University. Areas of Budiawan expertise are
Chemical Toxicology, Chemicals Safety Management, Laboratory Safety, Emergency response
of toxic chemicals pollution, safety and environmental risk assessment,
Global Harmonize System (GHS) Application, and he also followed the
Training “Risk Assessment and Risk Management on Chemicals” in Japan ,
2011. All areas of expertise are certified internationally. Budiawan
actively involved in various organizations and forums such as the
national forum for toxic and hazardous chemicals, Toxicological
Association of Indonesia, and the National Committee for Responsible
Care Indonesia. Budiawan has several scientific publications and patents
in the field of environmental health and safety.
Ir. Adrianus Pangaribuan,MT.,CFEI
Fire &Explosion Senior Engineer
–Certified Fire &Explosion Investigator:14553-9874 Mr. Adrianus
Pangaribuan holds a Master in engineering, majoring in Mechanical
Engineering with sub study in Fire Engineering from University of
Indonesia. Degree in Electrical Engineer also from University of
Indonesia, and Middle Diploma Engineer from Polytechnic University of
Indonesia majoring in Electrical Engineering. Through out his career He
is gained significant experienced, first 2 years his spend as
maintenance engineer,17 years as site engineer, site manager, project
engineer, senior engineer and technical director all in the Mechanical
&Electrical field in the Building &Industries sector. During his
experience he has been working with national and international clients
and with good communication skill, cooperative, good time management and
problem solving oriented. Since 2007 based on his field experience and
formal education he is beginning to work in fire &explosion
investigation field but limited to mechanical explosion such as BLEVE,
Dust explosion, Electrostatic, and Deflagration and get the certificate
as a Certified Fire &Explosion Investigation (CFEI) from NAFI
(National Association Fire Investigation) – USA and the first Indonesia
who get this certificate. As a Fire &Explosion Investigator, he also
knows and understands how to protect and prevent the fire and explosion
from the design by conduct the Process Hazard Analysis (
HAZOP,HAZID,SIL,LOPA,etc) until implementation under his supervision.
Captain Hans Tray
Instructor worked 45 years for
Hapag-Lloyd, 15 years as Director and Vice President. His
responsibilities encompassed Dangerous Goods, M&R Claims, Terminal
Contracts and Quality, including ISO Certifications. Hans Trey founded
Hapag-Lloyd’s Dangerous Goods Department, the first dangerous goods
department of any European steamship line, which rapidly developed into a
world-wide acting group of highly specialized experts. During his DG
tenure, he was also an official member of the German delegation to the
International Maritime Organization in London, developing the IMDG
Code into containerization. Hans served as Navigation Officer, Training
Officer, Cargo Officer, Chief Officer and became Master at 32 years of
age and was employed on all vessel types and trades of the line. Aside
from heading the departments mentioned above, Hans was responsible for
developing and introducing the Hazardous Materials Training Program for
Hapag-Lloyd Hazmat employees. He regularly trained, together with his
Hazmat Team about 400 employees and agents in the US, Canada, South
America and the Caribbean Islands. Since working with IVODGA, Capt. Trey
continues to bring professional dangerous goods training to the
maritime industry in Asia and throughout the world.
Ir. Azil Awaludin, MOHS
Ir. Azil Awaludin, MOHS has master
degree from occupational health and safety science University of
Indonesia and has over 15 years’ experience as a OHS trainer and auditor
in various industries. Area of his expertise is Safety Management
System OHSAS 18001, Safety Management System Audit and Safety Management
System Continuous Improvement Programs. He is certified auditor for
OHSAS 18001, ISO 14000 and ISO 9000. Some of the companies that he had
helped in the implementation of SMK3/OHSAS18001

Yuni Kusminanti, SKM, M.Si
Yuni Kusminanti, SKM, M.Si. is a
lecturer in the Department of K3 FKM UI. Yuni Kusminanti has the
educational background of degree from Faculty of Public Health Majoring
in Occupational Health and Safety and master degree from Faculty of
Psychology, Master in Industrial and Organizational Psychology of
Indonesia University. Yuni Kusminanti is also Researcher Staff at
Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia, HSE Coordinator at
University of Indonesia Sub directorate of Campus Enviromental
Management University of Indonesia. She expertise is in the field of
Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS), Accident
Investigation & Prevention at the Workplace, Safety Inspection and
Audit, Safety Promotion and Communication, Psychosocial Aspect at the
Workplace and Safety Psychology (Safety Behavior & Culture). She
also has experience as trainer and consultant in many industrial
companies such as BP West Java, CNOOC Ind, Conoco Indonesia, PERTAMINA,

DR. Sayid Ismail, Msi
Sayid is a practitioner who has working
experience in several multinational companies for more than 17 years, he
is also guest lecturer in the occupational health and safety department
of Indonesia University. Sayid has Chemistry degree and Master Degree
from Material Science Engineering of Indonesia University. Sayid
obtained his PhD in Occupational Health and Safety from Public Health
Faculty, University of Indonesia. Sayid has expertise in chemicals
safety, chemical reactivity hazards, industrial hygiene, fire and explosion, dangerous goods transportation, process safety management
and accident investigation. Sayid is also chairman of occupational
health and safety competency scheme development of LSP-K3 ICCOSH.
DR. Ir. Farhan Aulawi Dede, MM, CHT
Farhan is HR practitioners of human
empowerment with more than 18 years’ experience. His formal educations
are Polytechnic Mechanical Swiss ITB, International Trade Management,
Industrial Engineering and Management, Human Resource Management, and
Business Intelligent at the University Aix Marseille France. He has
given a lot of training in various cities such as Bandung, Jakarta,
Medan, Semarang, Surabaya, Malaysia and Hong Kong as well as in
different companies and government institutions such as Inkopdit,
Pertamina, VICO, MEDCO, TELKOM, CHEVRON, Ministry of Cooperatives and
SMEs Affairs, Ministry of Health , BAPPENAS, PDKIJabar, Central Bank of

Ir. Agus Suhatri
Suhatri Agus has an educational
background in Electrical Engineering with experience of working in
various industries for more than 30 years. Since 1973 till 2006, he
worked at PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia as operation, transportation,
logistics, maintenance, HSE and confined space trainer. She has also
experience as HSE manager at PT. Delta Metro Guard and Sr. HSE
Consultant at PT. Industrialindo Konsultrain Services. Currently, he is
active as a chairman of SKKNI and TOT Confined Space development from
DEPNAKER Jakarta and team members of occupational health and safety
competency scheme development of LSP-K3 ICCOSH. His experience in
handling various projects in Oil and Gas Industry has made him very
expert in the field of occupational health and safety, both theory and
application.
dr. Aidi
dr. Aidi graduated from Muhammadiyah
University of Medicine physician faculty with experience as a company
doctor since 2002. Some company’s clinics he ever handled was RAPP
Pelalawan Riau, Clinic GGP Central Lampung and Central Lampung Bekri
PTPN VII. He also practices in several hospitals and clinics, including
clinics Andini Medika Tg Batu Karimun, RS Islam Metro Lampung, head of
Lampung Bekri Health Center Central, head of Public Health Center
Inpatient Chief Kalirejo Central Lampung and RS Citama Pabuaran Bogor.
He is also highly experienced in providing training P3K (first aid) in different companies. Currently, he is also active as a consultant and first aids (P3K) in HSP academy.

Tuhirlan have an educational background
in Civil Engineering from STTN, safety engineering technology diploma

Haryanto memperoleh gelar sarjana Teknik
Nuklir dari Universitas Gajah Mada dan Master dalam bidang Linkungan
dari Institut Teknologi Bandung. Beliau memiliki pengalaman dibeberapa
industry nasional dan multinasional dibidang Quality, Health and safety
environment selama kurang lebih 10 tahun. Beliau memperoleh sertifikat
Lead Auditor untuk ISO 9000 dari IRCA dan juga Ahli K3 Umum
dari depnaker. Pengalaman beliau dibidang HSE sudah sangat teruji
dengan keberhasilan beliau menerapkan system manajemen K3 dibeberapa
perusahan nasional dan multinasional tempat beliau pernah bekerja.
Tayyeb Shah, M.Sc
Tayyeb is authorized NEBOSH IGC and IOSH Managing Safety Training
from Gulf Technical Safety Training Center. He got Master Science
(M.Sc) in Environmental Health and Safety from University of Greenwich
London UK, International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from
National Education Board in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH) UK,
Professional Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment from
Pakistan Institute of Modern Studies and Ministry of Labour, Pakistan.
He also certified trainer for IOSH Managing Safely from Institute of
Occupational safety and health (IOSH) UK. He was NEBOSH trainer for
Mobilink (Telecom company), BGP International (Oil & Gas company),
OGDCL (Oil & Gas), Mari Gas (Oil & Gas) and 10 batches of NEBOSH IGC training from Greenwich training and consulting.
Ir. M. Hasan Rasyid
Hasan Rasyid memiliki latar belakang
pendidikan S1 Teknik Sipil Universitas Sriwijaya Palembang. Hasan Rasyid
memiliki pengalaman kerja di Pertamina selama 26 tahun mulai dari tahun
1984 sampai dengan tahun 2010 dan menduduki berbagai posisi penting di
Pertamina baik operasional maupun HSE, diantaranya adalah sebagai Ahli
Utama Lindung Lingkungan MPS dan BPMIGAS, Staf pengelolaan lingkungan
Direktorat Hulu, Kepala K3LL, Manajer HSE Pertamina Region KTI, Chief
HSE region Sumatra, Ahli K3 Utama PEP Pusat, dan Manajer Operasi HSE PEP
Pusat. Beberapa project HSE yang pernah ditanganinya diantaranya adalah
